2. Data We Collect and Why

We only collect what we need to answer your inquiries, process an order, or understand how visitors use the site. In plain terms:

• Contact and inquiry data: name, email, phone, postal code/city, and the product you're asking about — collected when you submit a form or message us via WhatsApp, to reply to you and prepare a quote.
• Order data: shipping address, phone, and the items purchased — collected during checkout, to fulfill and ship your order.
• Account data: email and, if you save one, a shipping address — collected if you create an account, to let you track past orders.
• Cookie consent record: a random visitor ID, your cookie choice, your IP address, and browser (user-agent) at the time you accept or reject cookies — kept to prove and honor your choice, automatically deleted after 13 months.
• Analytics data: pages visited, approximate location (from IP), device/browser type, and on-site actions (e.g. a product view or a search) — collected only if you accept analytics cookies (see Section 10).

3. Purpose

Management of contact requests, inquiries, quotes, and commercial operations.

4. Legal Basis

Execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures and the legitimate interest of the company.

5. Data Retention

Data is kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with legal deadlines (e.g. invoicing/tax records). Cookie consent records are automatically deleted after 13 months, after which we'll ask again the next time you visit.

6. Who We Share Data With

We don't sell your data. We do share it with a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf, only for the purpose stated:

• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Google Analytics): anonymized traffic and behavior statistics — only if you accept analytics cookies.
• PostHog Inc. (EU region): product analytics, hosted on EU servers — only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp Business): when you contact us via WhatsApp, the message you send (including any details you type, like your postal code) is transmitted to and stored by WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy policy.
• Google Cloud / Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.): our hosting and database provider — stores the data described in Section 2 to run the website.
• Shipping carriers: your shipping address and phone, only for deliveries.

Beyond these, data is only shared if we're legally required to.

7. International Data Transfers

Google Analytics and WhatsApp/Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States). Where this happens, it's covered by the EU-approved safeguards those companies commit to (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or an applicable adequacy framework). PostHog, our other analytics provider, stores data on servers located in the EU.

8. Your Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation, and portability by sending a written request to support@kodengine.es. We'll respond within one month, as required by law.

To withdraw or change your cookie consent specifically, use the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer at any time — no email needed.

You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

9. Security

Stylobike 2010 S.L. adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the data.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We ask for your consent before setting any cookie that isn't strictly necessary. When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Reject analytics cookies — both options are equally easy to choose. You can change your mind anytime via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

• Necessary (always on): ke_analytics_consent and ke_visitor_id — remember your cookie choice. 1 year.
• Analytics — Google Analytics (only with consent): _ga, _ga_*, _gid — anonymous statistics on visits, pages viewed, and behavior. Up to 2 years.
• Analytics — PostHog, EU-hosted (only with consent): product/session analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. Card and payment fields are excluded from any session recording.
• Third-party: WhatsApp or payment-related services may set their own cookies once you interact directly with them, governed by their own policies.

You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings at any time, though this may affect site functionality.

11. Use of AI in Our Content

Some product descriptions on this site are initially drafted with the help of AI tools from information our team provides, and are always reviewed and verified by our team before publishing. No AI chatbot or automated assistant interacts with visitors on this site — if you contact us, you're talking to a person.
